Mike is a proven leader with exceptional team-building skills, including management of all aspects of the business and team. Mike’s primary responsibilities at First Financial are to direct revenue growth through new business development with dynamic new dealer programs and innovative Sales and Marketing strategies.

Mike has been married to his high school sweetheart, Donna, for 37 years. He has four children and four grandchildren. Mike enjoys all outdoor activities including motorcycling, biking, hiking, canoeing, and hunting. His greatest love is his family.
