Credit Manager

Juliana joined First Financial LLC in October 2022, bringing with her a strong foundation in financial services. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Kutztown University. Prior to joining the team, she worked at Kemp Harvest Financial Group as a Wealth Planning Assistant, where she developed a deep understanding of client needs, financial planning workflows, and service excellence.

In her role as Credit Manager at First Financial LLC, Juliana plays an integral part in credit analysis, documentation, and funding. She combines her problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to support seamless deal flow and help the company continue to excel. Her cross-department involvement makes her a key resource for both internal teams and clients.

Outside of the office, Juliana enjoys exploring new hiking trails, traveling to new destinations, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
